Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 5–10 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

9. International Shipping (Optional)

Currently, we do/do not ship internationally.
International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination.
